The ""I" in 4CITE stands for investigation. 4CITE conducts third party investigations for law enforcement agencies when they need a different view. We can also review and offer consultation for internal investigations or special issues that arise in with in the department. 4CITE investigators are seasoned veterans in the law enforcement community. Their years of experience in law enforcement as well as their experience in law enforcement administration allows them the unique perspective to offer a non-bias view on the entire process from internal affairs to punishment and retention. Our founder, created a leadership program that revolves around transitional leadership to include the pitfalls of retention of personnel during transitional crisis.
